'06 Mazda Tribute

After a lot of changes in the previous years, it seemed there were little improvements left to do on the Mazda Tribute series. Once again, however, we were proved wrong by Mazda as they brought out the 2006 Mazda Tribute.

A much more powerful 2.3L engine boasting of up to 153hp and 152 pound feet of torque marked this car. A completely reworked suspension makes even the deepest of potholes seem like smooth sailing. There are also a lot of styling revisions.

An electronic Active Torque Control Coupling four wheel drive system has been introduced which controls the torque sent to the rear wheels using an electronic clutch. So, power sent to each set of wheels is controlled and hence the ride has a better control before traction is lost or during emergency control.

Agile and surefooted, this vehicle is more a car than a truck. Perfect for hauling groceries, children and even furniture, the stylish and quick 2006 Mazda Tribute is one of the favorite small SUVs available in the market today.
